Description
We are located in the old town of Bilbao, near the Mercado de la Ribera (the main food market in the city), the Cathedral of Santiago and the Church of San Antón. The old town of Bilbao is a place full of history and traditions of the Basque Country. We will learn to make 4 skewers so that you can prepare them and leave the guests with their mouths open. All this in a quiet and pleasant environment perfect for enjoying and making new friends or meeting people.

Exceptional Pinxtos workshop
Fantastic experience.. Gustavo was very patient, took the time to explain all of the techniques and created very yummy menu’s. Served lovely wine whilst we prepared the food. I would highly recommend this workshop. We loved it!

Pintxos with a unique twist
A fantastic and unique cooking experience. We made delicious pintxos with an original twist. Very hands on and we got some excellent cooking tips. I’d thoroughly recommend this to anyone. Our host really looked after us and shared plenty of knowledge.

Pintxos with a modern twist
Really enjoyed our time making our pintxos with a modern twist. We got to use a number of fancy kitchen tools and techniques different from normal cooking and we were shown innovative ways of cooking, in what ended up being a private class for 2 of us. Gustavo was generous with his time and explanations, the wine was good and he kindly offered an additional coffee when we talked about his machines. Highly recommend!
