Dear Elaine_B Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review of your recent VIP Speedboat Transfer from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi. We were truly sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well during your departure, and we appreciate you choosing to travel with us despite feeling unwell. We're incredibly grateful for your kind words about our staff, particularly the young lady at the counter who allowed you to board first and choose your seats. We understand how much more comfortable that must have made the journey for you under the circumstances. It means a lot to us that you found the service hospitable and the journey doable despite the hour-long travel time. We strive to provide a comfortable and stress-free experience for all our passengers, and your feedback helps us stay on track. We wish you a speedy recovery and a fantastic time exploring Koh Phi Phi!
