I truly enjoyed the convenience of having an air-conditioned vehicle and a most enthusiastic guide for this tour. I did not appreciate the tour starting late, but you called our next tour to update them regarding our starting late, + you went above and beyond to drive us to our next excursion. I am completely in awe. Such excellent customer service. I will remember this service for a long time to come. Thank you.
