Amazing circus experience
Great experience for the price. The show was about 90 minutes and was brilliant. When we went it was a bit quieter but that didn’t dampen the experience at all. Great for all ages. Kids would absolutely love it.

Truly a unique highlight of our trip!
Aqua Circus completely exceeded our expectations! The choreography, water effects, and aerial acts were executed with incredible precision and grace. You can tell a massive amount of effort went into the production quality, lighting, and sound design. Seating offered a great view from every angle, and the energy of the cast was infectious.

The circus itself was...
The circus itself was fantastic. I would highly recommend going. The kids and adults were very entertained. They involved the audience, which was great. The only thing I thought was very wrong was being chatged adult price for my 9 year grandson. Because he was just over 130 cm tall. Not right.
Operator response
Dear Daena,
Thank you for your review! We are thrilled to hear that both the adults and children in your group had a fantastic time and enjoyed the audience participation at the Phuket Circus.
Regarding the ticketing, we understand your frustration. Many attractions in Thailand use height as the standard for child pricing (typically 100cm–130cm) rather than age. This is a policy set by the venue's management that we must follow when issuing tickets.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps other travelers prepare for these local entry requirements. We are glad that despite this, the 'adrenaline rush' of the show was a highlight of your trip!
Best regards,
Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Completely disappointed
Forced and lacking authenticity
This show had many moments that, in theory, could have been interesting, but overall I didn’t like it at all. For a show taking place in Thailand, everything felt very forced. The English rock music could have worked, but the host was speaking in English while clearly doing playback, even when introducing the next parts of the show. A large part of the music also felt like playback.
The break moments with the character playing Einstein were lacking humor and authenticity — they felt awkward rather than entertaining.
All of this completely ruined the atmosphere and made the show feel artificial, overly staged, and emotionally flat.

Dear Alex,
Dear [Guest Name],
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the show's style did not resonate with you.
While Phuket Circus consistently scores very highly with our international audiences for its high-energy, modern approach, we recognize that entertainment is subjective. It appears our specific creative concept—which favors a high-octane, staged atmosphere over a traditional one—was simply not the right fit for your personal preferences.
We have shared your comments regarding the audio synchronization and the 'Einstein' segments with our production team for review. We wish you the best on the rest of your travels
Thanks,
Paul
