Sukhmanee is an amazing Naturopath. In-fact she’s the best I’ve ever been to. From the start she showed me compassion and really took the time to get to know me. The plan she put together for me was thorough and easy to follow. It changed my life! You cannot go wrong using her services.
It was a really nice experince! If you want to learn about Ayurveda you should defentily go! She really takes her time to listen and is good with asking questions. After a couple of days after going i recive a list on things i should work on and food advice! It was good
I had an ayurveda and naturopathy consultation a few months back and I was very happy with the service. Sukhmanee asked thorough questions about all aspects of my life and made a programme for me to follow in which she sent to me very quickly. Sukhmanee is very knowledgeable and I felt heard, relieved and motivated after our consultation. I recommend this to anyone looking for support or guidance in areas of gut/skin/health conditions.

Had a lovely call with Sukhmanee to discuss lifestyle and dietary changes for myself. The Treatment plan she followed up with was amazing - so informative, clear information and really helpful :) She suggested some great recipes as well as supplements and really useful coping strategies to help with my anxiety and sleep problems. Her suggestions have helped with my anxiety and sleep a lot and I'm super grateful for them :) It was also great to have such clear and simple changes that I could make in my life as there is so much information out there these days which can be overwhelming.
