The one time code didn’t work. It sent me in a continuous loop with no way to start the tour. I spent about 90 minutes trying and communicating with the help assistant. Finally, I gave up because I had 4 children with me that had no patience left.
The error was indeed ours, but we did send an alternative workaround (a direct link). We've taken note of the error and made preparations to avoid it in the future.
