Most travelers say this is a smoothly run, good-value way to see Maya Bay, Bamboo Island and two snorkel spots in one day, led by upbeat guides who keep everyone on schedule. The trade-off, repeated often, is heavy crowds at every stop and a full boat.
Around half praise the guide for humor, clear instructions and keeping a large group on time, and many mention help with photos. Nadia is named far more than anyone, with M and Na-Im also mentioned.
About a third mention the buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don plus steady water, soft drinks, fruit and chips, with some noting vegetarian and gluten-free needs were met.
Many call the snorkel stops a highlight, describing colorful fish, coral and even small reef sharks.
A good number say logistics ran smoothly, from hotel transfers and check-in to a crew that looked after people throughout.
Maya Bay is the stop people single out most, even those who found it packed.
A recurring complaint is that Maya Bay, Monkey Beach and the snorkel areas are jammed with boats and visitors. Most accept this as something no operator can fix.
Several say their boat carried more people than the stated limit, leaving little room and poor views from the covered seats.
Some felt hurried, with photo stops too short and too little time on Phi Phi Don or other islands.
How we make this: we read the most recent reviews and sum up what travelers say again and again, good and bad. It is our summary, not a review; the reviews themselves are further down this page. Updated Oct 2026.
