Description
Our one day Petra tour from Eilat offers a truly amazing experience. This legendary ‘lost city’ of Petra was carved into the walls of a desert canyon over 2500 years ago. It is located just a short ride after entering into the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan making it a perfect destination for a one day tour from Eilat, including all entrance fees, guiding, transportation, and lunch. Also, enjoy the wilderness adventure on a short 4x4 jeep tour of Wadi Rum, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia, climbing sand dunes and rock bridges.

Petra
Arrive to the Eilat Border Crossing early in the morning. You will complete the Israeli side of the border crossing yourself. Our representative will meet you on the Jordanian side of the border crossing with a sign with your name on it and take care of all the necessary paperwork for your visa for the day visit to Jordan. You will be taken to meet your driver and be transferred 1.5 hours to Petra. You will start your guided tour from the Visitors Centre for approximately 03 hours. You will walk through the Siq to the Treasury, the Roman Theatre and the Roman Road to Qasr Al Bint Restaurant. You will return to the main gate. Lunch at a local restaurant in Wadi Musa, or you might like to take a box lunch into Petra to enjoy as a picnic.
Wadi Rum
You will be transferred 1.5 hours to Wadi Rum. Enjoy a short jeep tour of approximately 02 hours seeing the following sites : Lawrence Springs, Sand Dunes, Khazali Canyon and Little Bridge. You will be transferred back to the Eilat border crossing for your departure from Jordan.
