Peruvian Barbecue Class over fire in Cusco with a local

I had such a wonderful experience with this tasting class in Peru! It was a fun and a good way to learn more about Peruvian cuisine and culture. The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. The food we prepared was delicious, and I loved learning about the local ingredients, traditional techniques, and the stories behind the dishes. It was a great experience from start to finish, and definitely one of the highlights of my time in Peru. I'm from Texas and I enjoyed learning about different techniques Peruvians use to BBQ. I would happily recommend this class to anyone who loves food, cooking, or wants a more authentic cultural experience!

The food was nice, he had different meat and vegetables. The guide was very kind and explained the dishes. There was a lot of waiting in between, luckily there was a great view. Maybe next time we could participate more.

Overall a very nice experience. Lovely place with a very beautiful view over the city. It was nice having the cook explain everything about the food. Everything did take quite long though, overall it took about 2,5 hours, so it is good to keep in mind that you will have to wait until everything cooks as it will not be prepared beforehand. The food was tasty, I enjoyed the grilled vegetables as well as the meat, and the chimichurri dressing was great!

Very knowledgeable chef! Nice food, and vibes! BBQ was great with lots of traditional food. If want to try the Peruvian beef heart, but are hesitant to try from the street vendors Def try it here. Very fresh and good quality food. Super nice views of the city too, can see the whole city (and without having to slog up all of the hills)

A fun experience in Cusco. Victor was very knowledgeable explaining all of the ingredients and the food was delicious. Also a good way to try new foods. Was a nice experience with friends to sit on the lovely terrace with drinks looking over the city while the bbq was cooking.

It is cooked with fresh vegetables, where the guide takes you along with what he uses with an explanation. You can look along or comfortably enjoy the beautiful view. It was a fun experience, where you were taken along in the process and could enjoy the outdoors and the sun!

The food was good in particular the sauce dressing on the meat. The experience was about 2.5 hours. The views from the restaurant are spectacular and good amount of people for the group size.

We’ve had an amazing experience. Victor showed us everything and explained very well. The food and drinks tasted really great. They also provided enough really tasty vegetarian options. I think the only thing is, that most of the vegetarian people would prefer the vegetables being prepared separately from the meat.

Chef Víctor is an urban legend. He enriched the live cooking with his profound knowledge of Peruvian cooking and his stories from cooking around the world (e.g., a cruise ship) Needless to say, the food was excellent. One of the most worthwhile and delicious ways to spend an afternoon in Cusco
