We were unfortunately victims of a scam in the context of this service. Upon our arrival at the location, two people were waiting for us and indicated that the photographer would be a little late. He finally arrived about 30 minutes late. After taking a few photos in front of the Bellagio fountains, we were invited to hurry in order to reach the party bus. Upon our arrival, we were asked to pay 500 dollars in cash. After discussion, we finally agreed to pay 250 dollars in cash. We then got on the party bus, which took us to the "LAS VEGAS" sign. However, no photographer was present on board and no other photos were taken. To date, despite several follow-ups on our part, none of the photos supposed to be included in the service have been sent to us. We therefore consider that the booked service was not performed in accordance with what was advertised and that we have been subjected to a clearly misleading practice. We therefore request a full refund for the service paid for via VIATOR. We had chosen to book through your platform precisely because we thought it allowed us to benefit from a minimum of guarantees and protection against this type of situation.
