I had previously done the shuttle to Peanut Island, so when my friend was in town I was looking forward to the extras that this tour seemed to offer. The price difference is substantial compared to the shuttle option with a different vendor. The meeting spot was easy to find. The boat is a great size -- not too huge. From the beginning, though, it was a strange experience. We boarded the boat and the captain said absolutely nothing to the passengers. He didn't introduce himself, nor did he say a single word as he drove us to the island. I felt like I had entered someone's house and they ignored me. The assistant was a bit friendlier, but not enough to help create a fun vibe. This is described as a tour, but it was really just a shuttle to one spot. They had just 4 paddle boards for the group to share. We had more than 20 people on the boat. It would have been great to also have some noodles or other toys to float on. They did have some snorkels and masks to share. We received zero information about the island.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that the experience didn’t match your expectations. We’ve taken more than 7,000 guests out to Peanut Island and are fortunate to have overwhelmingly 5-star reviews, but sometimes we miss the mark, and it sounds like we did here. Our Peanut Island trip is intended to be more than just transportation, and our crew should absolutely be welcoming guests aboard, introducing themselves, explaining what to expect, and providing information about Peanut Island. That level of interaction is part of the experience we expect our captains and crew to provide, and we’ll be addressing this with the team. We do provide paddleboards and snorkel equipment as included amenities, although they are shared among guests rather than one per passenger. That said, your suggestion about adding additional floats or water toys is a good one and something we’ll consider. We appreciate the candid feedback. It helps us identify where an otherwise good trip can fall short, and we’ll use it to improve the experience for future guests
Boat was so nice and Sean and the crew were amazing! 3 hours was perfect and we will definitely be taking this trip again.
I booked a tour when my wife and I got there we were sent to another location to pay $25 to get to Peanut and those people are rude and have no customer service skills. I need my full refund or i will dispute it with my credit card.
This person thought they were booking a different company so they showed up to the wrong location an hour and a half after our trip. They then paid and went with another company, which we never suggested. They called us after and we tried to work with them, only for them to scream at two of our employees for their own mistake. To say this is an unjust and unfair review is an understatement.
They have the worst customer service! They send us to another place to pay another $25 to get Peanut island and refused to refund us our $160.

If you’re ever in the West Palm Beach area, make this one of your highlights Put it on your to-do list
Great experience. Shawn & Michael were awsome
There were no good directions on where to go to wait when arriving before boarding the boat. (signs, arrows info). Parking was not bad so that was a plus. We went with 11 people (4 adults, 3 teens, 4 younger kids). I would not really recommend this with smaller children. It most defiantly more geared for adults from the activities to the 2 men running the boat. There was only one other group that had a child with them and everyone else seemed upset that children came. We ended up learning you can taxi to and from the same place they took us and did that the next day and it was cheaper and we had just as much fun. So overall was not horrible just wouldn't do it again, and would recommend it to be an adult only activity advertised if that is how the crew is going to gear it to also.
Excellent staff Captain and mate were great to meet they explained the trip well made everything smooth sailing. Peanut island was beautiful great snorkeling love the experience
Captain Scott and deckhand Mike were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our trip. We quickly boarded the boat and headed to the island, where we had a wonderful time snorkeling and swimming. We decided to bring our own snorkeling gear, even though the tour did have some for us to use. Overall, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this trip.
Nice and relaxing 3 hours on this tour. A quick 10 min boat ride to the island and plenty of time to enjoy the water, hang out on the sandbar or walk the island path around the island. The only thing that I would suggest is that there definitely weren’t enough floats for everyone on the trip-maybe 10-15 floats for about 36-40 people.
