Sweaty and Exhausting Fun
It was a great experience and the coaches were so friendly. This is definitely something I am glad I signed up for but a few notes: 1) be prepared to sweat a lot. 2) be prepared to be shirtless if you are a guy and just shorts and sports bra for women 3) it is physically exhausting. I think of myself as fit and was still dying 4) do this before you get a sunburn. Hitting a burnt shin into a heavy bag hurts! 5) this is an open gym class. I was the only newbie who had to learn the bacis.

This place was amazing.The instructors were extremely skilled and we're very great teachers.When I visit next year I plan to visit tjim again.

Muai Thai@Pattaya
A busy gym considering it was 8am on a Sunday! Receptionist Ferni greeted me and advised what I required and was very hospitable. The trainers are second to none and we started stretching for 5 mins then began our bag work then one on one pads with our own trainers. Considering I’m a beginner, my trainer was patient, took his time and taught my precisely the techniques in Muai Thai. Would definitely do again loved the energy and vibe!

This Muay Thai experience...
This Muay Thai experience was great. I had great trainers teach me the art of Muay Thai and it was so great learning the different moves and techniques for combat. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone coming to Pattaya looking for a sweat while learning a new skill!

Discovering Muay Thai practice was a great experience. In 2 hours we discover the basics of this sport. Instructors by their skills make them want to continue the training. Moreover the atmosphere is very nice
