Description
Step into the heart of Bordeaux for a 3-hour immersive pastry class dedicated to the art of the choux pastry. Guests will make the famous chocolate éclairs and choux à la crème, filled with light and airy chantilly cream. This experience takes place in a professional kitchen inside a charming local pastry shop, giving you an authentic behind-the-scenes taste of French pâtisserie culture. This activity is hands on, educational, intimate and open for all ages. This experience is guided by a local self-taught baker with extensive hands-on experience in the food industry and a deep passion for French pastries and gastronomy.
