A bit far out
It’s not in a major port. Viator gave us the incorrect start time. We were 30 minutes late and the buffet was well picked over and the food lukewarm by the time we got to eat. The staff were excellent and the entertainment was good
Operator response
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the staff and entertainment were excellent, but we’re sorry about the incorrect start time and the issues with the buffet.
We appreciate you letting us know so we can work on improving communication and food service for future guests.

Not worth the money and not what advertised
The food was good and lots of it. However that was it. There was a two person band playing and one man dancing with different tables. However no real room to dance and not very interactive! At times they had to go into the parking lot to be able to turn around! There was no learn to dance and NO show! Also no information on the extra charge when asked for a hotel pick up! How can you charge $40-60 per person for a ride from hotel to the restaurant! And not letting the customer aware of this charge. There were 5 people picked up at our hotel and we all charge $40+ for the hotel pick up! This is so wrong , when we could have hired a driver to drive us for 30 euros’.

Dear Valued guest,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’re glad to know that you enjoyed the food, but we understand that the lack of space for dancing, the limited interaction, and the overall experience were disappointing.
We also apologize for the confusion regarding the extra charge for hotel pickup. It’s important that our guests are fully informed about any additional costs, and we regret that it was not clear to you as there is separate booking options with round trip transfers included. We will review our processes to ensure transparency going forward.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will work to improve the overall experience to avoid these issues in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the chance to make it right on your next visit.
