We never took the transfer. Upon arrival in the arrival area, the driver had already left. Despite my attempts to reach him via WhatsApp, no return.
Pickup was easy and our driver was very communicative. Messaged day before to confirm and discuss bags and once we landed in Paris there was a text with all the information in what to do and how to find him.

Our experience with this car service was extremely poor. After we had agreed in advance on a meeting point at the airport, the driver changed it last minute to a location that was not convenient for us — causing unnecessary confusion after a long flight. To make matters worse, he arrived 45 minutes late and blamed traffic, with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Once the ride finally began, he spent nearly the entire time talking on the phone, showing no regard for professionalism or customer comfort. There was a complete lack of accountability and courtesy throughout the experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable or professional transportation in Paris.
The car service from Charles de Gaulle airport to our Paris hotel went well enough, although the driver was not there when we arrived from the baggage claim area to the arrivals hall. He did show up a few minutes later and had a sign with my name on it, so we were able to connect promptly. That said, the driver did not speak English (or chose not to). Fortunately, our rusty high school French was sufficient to communicate that we were the designated party and he had the correct hotel information. While we exchanged some pleasantries in simple French, he did occasionally try to talk with us and point things out on the drive and we just nodded or said uh-huh because we didn’t fully understand him. He also never introduced himself to us. But we got where we needed to go and he certainly worked hard to circumvent as much of the rush-hour traffic as he could. So it was fine, but it could’ve been a more pleasant experience had we been able to communicate better.
The driver was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The email they sent beforehand made the whole stressful process of getting from airport to hotel very easy. I would really recommend this as opposed to trying to get a taxi once you get there.

Waited at airport as our flight was late. Clearly identified sign. Very helpful answering questions on drive to hotel.
I traveled in Europe for a few weeks without internet most places. I set up all my pickups prior to traveling so it wouldn’t be an issue. Our driver Never showed up leaving me and my children stranded at airport at 11:30 pm.

Juan was our driver and very pleasant. He was kind enough to educate and show us the interesting places to check out. We were able to understand him as he used language translation efficiently. He give us a quick tour. We are very happy about it.
With all the money that we planned to spend on our trip - I thought having a driver after a red-eye would be a convenience that I really would appreciate, but the way Orly (Paris Airport) is laid out, I could have gotten into a taxi more quickly & easily - it was quite the long walk to the parking lot for this ride and there were plenty of taxis line up that would have charged what was on the meter and I would have saved likely $50 Euro. So - feeling a little ripped off here.
