We had a great trip from our hotel to the airport. Our driver was helpful, he told us about the area as we drove. He made sure that we were comfortable during the drive. He showed up early and I had no concerns or complaints with his driving.

Very rude driver- Vito. He drove extremely aggressively and fast to the airport, and slammed on the brakes a few times. It felt unsafe. We had some issues checking out of the hotel, so he did have to wait a few minutes to pick us up- I asked the company ahead of time how long to expect our ride to take, and was told 60-80 minutes. Even with the delay, we were at the airport in less than 60 minutes (ie on time). Turned out he had picked up another transfer on a tight timeline, and was extremely angry with us. He tried to drop us off at a an entrance to CDG that was not for departures, and when I said no, he parked the van as quickly as he could, and yelled at us saying we should owe additional money for the “wait time”. I’m sorry buddy- but if 10 minutes of time in your industry wrecks your day, maybe this isn’t the right job for you. Reading some other reviews after the fact, I’m guessing he is the same driver who has treated other people the same way. What a jerk. Absolutely would not recommend if there’s a chance you get this driver, our first bad experience like this with any of the providers we booked. Use someone else when there are tons of drivers available, there are plenty of good ones.
The driver was waiting for us at the appointed time. The car was clean cool and comfortable. Excellent service.

Our driver was early, courteous, helped load all of our luggage swiftly to get us on the road on time for our flight. I appreciated his phone call on WhatsApp to let us know he was there. The vehicle was spotless and had excellent A/C which was essential for the extremely hot day. Our driver was very friendly and a skilled driver. I felt very safe riding with him in the hectic traffic on the highway and at the airport.
