The covered passages are a network of streets running parallel to the traditional ones. We will discover a combination of hidden paths by starting with the smallest of the passages: the Passage Verdeau.
We will then walk in this must-see passageway, one of the 20 only left in the city. Discover its hidden traditional restaurants and small boutiques and learn about its history with your local guide.
See the Oval room of the Bnf Richelieu, the French National Library.
The most stunning and prestigious gallery in the city was built in 1823 and is still enjoyed today by Parisians. Walk through it and take unique photos.
This royal palace hides a history of scandals and secrets where we now enjoy gardens, columns, and peacefulness. We will explore it together and learn all the stories that date back to the 1600s.
We continue this tour with a rich passageway. Made for the rich and still loved by the Parisian bourgeoisie, discover what makes this small village inside the city unique.
We will walk a little in the narrow streets of Chatelet before reaching this passage high of 12 meters. This is the perfect place if you are looking for jewelry or artisans shop.

Loved our tour with Juliette. We were a couple plus guide, so very personalized. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. She even went over time! Would highly recommend. Saw a part of Paris we would have missed.
Spent a lovely afternoon with our guide Juliet exploring some of the covered passages/galleries in Paris. It was very educational and interesting. Even though it was a bit of a rainy day it wasn’t too crowded at all. Learning come of the history from her as well - a very educated guide. Definitely recommend!
One of my favorite tours! Juliette was amazing, knowledgeable and had extra suggestions for our short trip to Paris.
This was our 2nd attempt in 2 trips to find these old shopping areas. Our guide, Lou, who has a masters degree from the Sorbonne and has lived all her life in and around Paris, was personable and friendly and could not have been a more knowledgeable person to show us around (and spoke perfect English to off set our American miserable French :). She took time to find out something about us and what we were interested in seeing. Additionally she pointed out and guided us thru additional places like the Royal Palace Library, that we likely never would have discovered on our own. Additionally, Saying Operations Director Julliette, kept in direct contact to make certain the day was going well. My wife and I are global travelers and seek out private guides wherever we go to enhance our experience. This tour with Lou was among our best and next time in Paris she is already on the top of our "to do" list.
Lou took us on an informative and engaging trek through several of Paris’ covered passages, noting the history and background of each. Each one was distinctive as were the neighborhoods where they were found. This was an intriguing and unique tour and highly recommended for anyone interested in Parisian hidden gems. I learned a great deal and was tremendously pleased I had booked this tour!
Such an interesting tour of parts of Paris that tell a story. Our guide, Clara was wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and very articulate. We highly recommend this walking tour to anyone!
“The tour was fascinating, and the guide was incredibly attentive and engaging. The elegant Christmas lights, the beautifully decorated streets, and the wonderful weather created a truly romantic atmosphere. We loved every moment — it was absolutely perfect.moment
I had read about the Paris passages and thought they would be a good idea to see in case of rain or very cold temperatures. We had neither, but still very happy we saw them! Most were decorated for Christmas and some had wonderful shops in them too. Our guide Walid, did an excellent job walking us through the areas and giving the history of the areas and passages. Walid also went out of way to take us to a couple of shops in the area to finish up my Christmas shopping! My husband and I highly recommend Walid and this tour.
Our guide offered us a very impressive, 3-hour tour of the passages with a lot of information.
We enjoyed the experience we had never seen the covered areas and wall was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. He would stop when we wanted to look in the window and had an information that was valuable.
