A real pleasure: discoveries, historical explanations from Clément, our super guide, and a good time punctuated this morning.
Shaun our guide was fantastic. He had a great knowledge of the history of the area. He took us through the little streets in the Latin and Jewish areas of Paris and also on some parts of the Seine. We learned lots about the history of Paris and France. A wonderful morning.
Sander did an excellent job showing us the city on our first full day in Amsterdam! We learned a lot, including how to bike, so we felt comfortable going out on our own later on in the trip. He was knowledgeable about the city and we learned a lot!
This bike tour was a great way to see parts of Paris we otherwise would have missed, and our tour guide shared so many interesting facts about both the history of Paris and Paris in the present day. These little gems of knowledge made the tour a unique and very enjoyable experience.
Very fun way to spend the morning, especially on a hot day. Matthew was a great guide, and biking a city is such a joy. We got to see areas we hadn't yet explored and hear stories of the history of Paris. Highly recommend.
We booked the ride for the family of 3 for $160, struggled to get to the address provided through Paris traffic, just to find out there was nobody there , no place resembling anything bike related. We asked for the refund thru Trip Advisor, there was no response and no communication from the customer service. I think it is a scam, there’s no other way to describe it. Thanks for nothing.
Hello Natasha, We are sorry that you were unable to join the tour. However, we would like to clarify that the tour did take place and that the guide was present at the meeting point. The scheduled meeting time was 9:50 a.m., and at 9:55 a.m. you informed us that you would arrive at least another 10 minutes later. We replied asking you to come as quickly as possible, as other guests were also taking part in the tour. The guide waited, but eventually had to leave with the guests who had arrived on time. You then requested a refund. We replied to your message, explained the situation and offered to arrange another tour, subject to availability. We therefore regret that the review states that there was no response or communication from us. We understand that missing the tour was disappointing, but a group tour cannot be delayed indefinitely when other participants are waiting. Simply France Tours
We had a private tour with Igor (no one else showed up in the extreme heat). It was so much fun seeing things that weren’t on our tourist checklist and given great historical info to boot. He let us take tons of water breaks and even a fun ice cream one too. Easy pedaling also!
Damian was a very knowledgeable, engaging, and thoughtful guide! The ride was great despite the extremely hot weather. I highly recommend this tour!
Igor gave my wife and I a wonderful bike tour around Paris. It may have been during the heat wave, but he took care to stop in the shade to discuss the history and sights. Also, plenty of water stops. 10/10 would recommend.
Had an excellent tour. We have 14 and 17 year old girls and they stayed engaged. Our guide was super helpful, interesting and funny. He provided some great history, restaurant tips and ideas for things to do with the rest of our trip. I’d do it again in a heartbeat and it was 99 degrees outside
