Driver was late (20 min) and did not contact us despite providing our contact information many times. We had to reach out to them to get an update after the pickup time had passed. Once driver arrived he was good. Ultimately arrived at the airport later than planned and caused high stress for the group. I would have expected a credit but it was never offered.

Easy timely transfer. The Mercedes Van was extremely comfortable. Our driver was very attentive and dropped us right at our departure destination.

We used Profi Driver round trip from CDG. Very clean vehicle, great at communicating who the driver is and their # via WhatsApp. Arrival was to a hotel, return from a riverboat cruise. We would definitely use them again.

BEWARE***DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Unbelievably rude driver who tried to make us change our pick up time because he had “other rides” …. Which I needed the time we booked it for… unprofessional. He was driving distracted texting on his phone. Complained about our luggage (that we notified them of during booking and confirmation) and then when I tried to notify the company of the bad experience they LIED saying we had 9+ bags when we had 6. And I have photo proof. Customer service is 0 out of 5.
