We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of your parasailing reservation. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to have your plans disrupted only 30 minutes before your scheduled departure, especially after you had already been communicating with our team prior to your booking. Unfortunately, there are occasions when an unexpected issue affects the availability or operation of a vessel. When that happens, we have to prioritize the safety of our guests and crew and cannot take a boat out when it is not cleared to operate. While we are grateful that our team reached out as soon as the issue was confirmed, we recognize that the timing was extremely inconvenient and that the alternative times offered later in the day did not work for your plans. We also understand your frustration because you had made arrangements based on the scheduled time and had been in contact with a representative beforehand. We are sorry that we were unable to provide the experience you had planned for and that the alternatives we could offer did not fit your schedule. Safety is something we take very seriously, and although canceling a trip is never the outcome we want, we will always choose to cancel rather than operate when we cannot do so safely. At the same time, we know that doing so can have a real impact on our guests, particularly when they have limited time on Oahu and carefully planned their day around a reservation. We truly regret that this was your experience
