Don't pay until you receive the service
Showed up to the dock in extreme heat. Not one person spoke English. Waited..... finally, a polite man showed up and said that a sensor was bad on the boat and wouldn't be fixed till Monday . I explained that we were flying out the next morning. Later that day, I received an email saying that a refund would be issued. AFTER I SENT 3 EMAIL REQUEST.....

Hi Debbie, I am very sorry that you had to go through this, unfortunately the boat's engine began to fail at that moment and this is not in our hands, unfortunately it happened just before your adventure, things happen and we cannot avoid them, I hope you can Visit us again so you can rate our tour.
