We were picked up right at the ship on time. Our guide was well informed and very helpful. Spontaneous photo tops have rounded off the trip. He could answer all our questions. Thank you!
Very interesting landscapes; red cliffs and beach contrasted with the blue ocean. We saw vultures, boobies, and some other birds, but no flamingos. Our guide said the flamingos have moved further south. There were only 6 people in our van so that was nice. There were other excursions by this company that may have gone to additional places and were more crowded. It only took about 2 hours to see the stops that we went to, probably because our group was so small. The tour was informative and we were pleased with what we saw, even though the length was not as long as we thought it would be, since we got back to the ship in time for lunch.
A tour can really be made with a charismatic guide and that’s exactly what we had with James. I enjoyed the way he got us all involved at each stop to take photos (and he is a good photographer). Our group was small (6 people) and we felt liked we had the perfect balance of personal time and guide time. The air conditioned vehicle was a plus.
Thank you ever so much for your lovely review! We're delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic time exploring the wildlife around the Lester Islands. It’s wonderful to know you found the boat comfortable and appreciated the shaded roof—it certainly helps make the experience more relaxing. We're especially pleased that our guide’s knowledge enhanced your day and that you were able to spot all the wildlife on offer. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon!
We were with Jorge L.Huancahuari V. who took us for a few hours to the Paracas Reserve. We visited all the beaches and ate at Lagunillas Beach, on Rte El Che. He gave us many explanations. All very well
Being in the desert and enjoying the fresh air. The info given by the guide were ok. Problem with taking my husband's mobility scooter
Thank you very much for your comments, it is true that the Paracas reserve is very beautiful due to its cliffs and colorful landscapes. I hope you return soon
The tour was originally only to Paracas National Park. Added on Ballestra Islands upon arrival. The arrangements seemed a bit disorganized before the boat tour. However, both the boat tour and Paracas tour turned out to be good. Sorry I forgot the guide name. It started with an O and sounded something like Oleana. She was a good guide and was knowledge about both areas.
Joel is a genuine hard working guy putting all his energy in providing the best experience possible in Paracas. We have appreciated the fact that he works with many super professional tour guides and drivers. Highly recommended!! Thank you Joel! L&A
