Great experience from start to finish. The Pantheon is absolutely stunning, and the audio guide provided clear and interesting information throughout the visit. Easy ticket redemption, excellent organization, and outstanding value for money. A must-do activity when visiting Rome.

A total rip off

What a rip off. Thete was no one at the posted address to assist is with our tickets. We found someone at a store who told us that the first Sunday, our day, entrance is free. Yet Viator collected a gee from us when they should not have and had no one to meet us. We will dispute the charge with our credit card company.

Unfortunately, the phone number provided with your booking was incorrect, so we were unable to reach you. Once the issue was brought to our attention, we immediately offered two solutions: a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your visit for another date. These options were provided specifically to ensure that you would not incur any unnecessary cost. As a professional agency, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Given that we proactively attempted to notify you and subsequently offered a full refund, we do not believe it is fair or accurate to describe this situation as a rip-off. We remain available should you wish to discuss this matter further.

I absolutely recommend it.

I booked a tour with Tripuo SRL during my stay in Rome and I had a really great experience. Precise organization, friendly staff, and a knowledgeable and engaging guide. The visit was interesting from start to finish, and we avoided long waits thanks to the excellent management of the group. I absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to visit Rome comfortably and enjoyably. I would definitely book with them again!

Viator was extremely disappointed. Think twice before using.

They canceled our tickets, said it was overbooked and we could reschedule to Monday if we wanted. We board a cruise on Monday, so needless to say I am very disappointed in Viator. Now the question is will I get my refund?

The Pantheon was temporarily closed for a religious mass, which caused unexpected capacity issues and overbooking. Our staff did their best to assist by offering either a reschedule or a full refund option. and you received a full refund. We completely understand your disappointment, especially with your cruise departure on Monday, and sincerely apologize for the situation.

Forced rebook

Had booked months in advance to be in the Pantheon for April 21 to witness a specific celestial event only to be told a half hour before our entry that there was a technical issue and we were rebooked for a different day.

Lousy staff

The two people who had there to enter the pantheon Nasser Hassan and Ali Ayman when we arrived after buying the tickets along with those of the coliseum and not generating the entrance for the children, told us that they would look at it to solve it, we arrived as.indicates the entrance 15 min before, so 1we were in the indicated place at 15:30 and after 70 minutes we approached them for the 4th time to say that if they solved something and Mr Ali told us in bad ways and ignored us. A dire experience. Don't buy tickets anywhere other than the official one.

It is also not true that you waited 70 minutes. Our staff acted professionally and respectfully throughout. We stand by their conduct.
