Who are you and what are you talking about? Your tickets and audio guides were sent to the phone number you provided... we still have the photocopies, and this was done two days before your visit. You're talking about a guide when you paid for the audio guides...
It was something spectacular the monument is so big beautiful and the warm welcome I loved visiting it I hope I will be there soon
