Ticked were supposed to be delivered before the day. On the day no guide was showed up at the sight I want money back but do not know how
Who are you and what are you talking about? Your tickets and audio guides were sent to the phone number you provided... we still have the photocopies, and this was done two days before your visit. You're talking about a guide when you paid for the audio guides...
