DO NOT USE! Definitely a scam of some sort. They just cancel your tour within minutes of when entry should be. Never received tickets or anything. And then all the tickets were sold out
This tour group provider never sent us tickets did not respond to multiple phone calls, text, emails, or live chats from myself or from Viator. We didn’t get to see the pantheon or the Trevi fountain and we will not have time to rebook these and make up for it while we are in Rome. We are livid!
Just get in the queue and buy your tickets on the day from the official vendor. Buying online is a stress. You pay extra and queue more, its not worth it. We did not receive notification about our tickets until 15 mins before our entry time (= stress) only to be told they we cancelled and to be refunded! Luckily we had already bought our 'queued for' tickets and were inside by then and subsequently saved £20 :) Shambolic arrangement
I tried several times to contact to find out where the exchange point was to collect my ticket, without answer. I have nothing by email and I can’t get it back on the app. Extremely disappointed.
