Description
Palazzo Doria Pamphilj has housed a private collection unique in the world. It is not only the quality and value of these masterpieces that amazes, but also their number: there are so many works that they completely cover the walls of the reception rooms, the wings of the splendid Gallery and the private apartments. It would have been impossible to describe the entire collection in detail here. Among these, in addition to Italian artists known throughout the world, among which we can mention Caravaggio, Titian, Raphael, Carracci and Bernini, there are also Flemish masters of the Baroque era, a true flagship of the Doria Pamphilj collection, the French landscape painter Lorrain and the most representative Spanish artist of the Baroque era Diego Velázquez.

Wonderful exhibition and wonderful surroundings
The gallery is not as well known as other exhibitions so you can enjoy it quietly, with few people. A painting of Velázquez of Pope Innocent impressive, Caravaggio, great painters and sculptors in a wonderful environment. Highly recommended

Doria Pamphilj
VERY GOOD WITH AUDIO, Allow at least 2 hours. Links in nicely with Colonna and Borghese galleria as each offers something slightly different.
