We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the bikes and helmets. Our aim is to maintain all equipment to a high standard, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit. We are already reviewing our maintenance protocols to ensure each bike is in excellent condition before every tour, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding water and drink holders, your point is well taken. While we encourage guests to bring their own water bottles, we understand that providing water—especially in warmer climates—would be a welcome and thoughtful touch. This is something we are actively considering for future tours. We also regret that the group was not kept as cohesive as it should have been, especially in the busier areas of Palma. Keeping our guests safe and together at all times is a top priority, and we will be working with our guiding team to improve attentiveness and group communication.
