No one showed up
No one showed up to give us our tour so despite the fact that we had a group there, and we waited for over a half an hour, and we contacted the number that they gave us, no one showed up. So was a huge disappointment. I’m trying to get in touch to see if I can get my money paid back, but there’s no response to that as well. I’d be very cautious about engaging with Via Tour here in West Palm Beach.
On the other hand, I have used the service in Europe with tremendous effect, and I’m very happy with it. As well as as in some American cities. But this is unacceptable.

The tour operator never showed
The tour operators never showed up. Six of us were stranded after each party had to pay $16 to park in Palm Beach. Very unprofessional that none of us received a call. We want refunds!

A great experience
My family had a lovely time walking the island of Palm Beach learning a lot of the history and some of the spooky aspects of the island that you may not hear on a typical tour. We were experiencing abnormal weather with heavy wind and off an on rain, but even with the inclement weather our tour guide was both informational accommodating and respectful of everything going on even extending the tour a few extra minutes to accommodate the weather. Anyone who is interested in learning more about the island of Palm Beach and it's hidden spooky secrets I definitely recommend this tour.

Ash was great! She really knew the history of the area and it was apparent she is passionate about it. Easy walk and got to see parts of the city we wouldn't have gone to.

Great historic walking tour.
Ashley was a fine tour guide for her first time out. The group was made up of two other couples where we learned the fork lore of the Palm Beach downtown and Worth Street area. It was history lesson with interest spooky facts..

We had a group of 8 and...
We had a group of 8 and went to the meeting place at specified time and no one showed up. We called the tour operator, first they asked which city we were at and then there were some awkward pauses. Finally, they told us that the tour guide was in a car wreck and was not going to make it out. They did confirm that they would refund us, but I made sure to report it to Viator as well. I found similar stories on google reviews after this happened. They did refund us as promised.

Palm Beach night tour
Sully was great and shared good information and history of Palm Beach. Not much of aGhost Tour, but still enjoyable.
Company a little disorganized and responded incorrectly about distance from our resort to meeting place but our guide was excellent and waited for us since we were late.
