Beautiful, modern, and well-maintained winery, run by passionate and very professional young people. The tasting allows you to fully immerse yourself in the territory and tradition. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable; they guided us through the vineyards and the winery with interesting explanations, conveying all their passion to us. The tasting moment is a true experience: wines of the highest quality accompanied by traditional yet never predictable snacks. All in a stunning setting, peace, nature, and elegance. Everything was perfect, well done!

I did not participate in the painting but only in the tasting of 5 wines. Stunning location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent wine. We decided to extend the experience with an additional platter and glass. I find it hard to believe that I won't return, it was a wonderful day

This winery in Valdobbiadene is a real gem. It balances the passion for wine and art, creating a perfect combination. After an interesting introduction to the history and working philosophy of the winery, as well as the techniques of winemaking of Prosecco, on the veranda overlooking the vineyards, we tasted four labels each accompanied by a different appetizer. We found each wine really great, and it was really hard to choose which ones to buy. I recommend this experience without ifs or buts!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Fasol Menin winery, an excellence in the heart of the Prosecco hills. A truly enjoyable experience, characterized by high quality wines, all organic and with an authentic taste, the result of great attention to nature and the territory. The company stands out not only for its sustainable production, but also for its strong link with art: the chameleon, symbol of the cellar, is the protagonist of several artistic works exhibited in the spaces of the estate, making the environment even more suggestive. The tasting of 5 glasses was excellent, with accurate labels and detailed explanations that enhanced every taste. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to discover the most authentic and refined side of Prosecco.
