Description
Not a demo — you cook your own paella, from sofrito to socarrat, in a real restaurant kitchen in the heart of Barcelona's El Raval neighborhood. Groups stay small (max 12), so your host guides you properly at every step. Choose seafood or vegetable paella, cook it yourself, then sit down to enjoy it with cava, selected wines, and a traditional Catalan cream. All levels welcome. Perfect for couples, friends, and solo travelers.

We were a mixed group of 2 mums and 3 older teen boys. Mums keen … boys not so, but we all had a brilliant time! Host was very warm and welcoming… restaurant/ kitchen very organised and we all loved eating the individual paella dishes we cooked ! We were also given lovely tortillas on tomato bread and a delicious dessert. Wine flowed throughout the experience (carva and 2 different white wines … all delicious). Would totally recommend!
Excellent guided experience to make my own paella, they provided wine and the people were very friendly, I made a friend in the workshop

The paella workshop was an excellent experience. We learned to make it step by step, with a good pace and clear explanations, and the best part is that you cook it yourself and then eat your own paella. The atmosphere is super pleasant, perfect for going in a group or as a couple. The friendly and fun service at all times, and the quality-price ratio is unbeatable for everything it includes. We left delighted and eager to return. Highly recommended.

HILARIOUS EXPERIENCE!!! I went with a friend and we ended up making friends with everyone who was there. A very fun idea to cook your own paella and see how each paella has its own unique touch. Outstanding service from Luis and Leo, who are wonderful ❤️

It is an excellent experience, the service is a perfect 100 points!! Not only do they help you with what you want, but they also make you feel at home! 🤩 And also in the afternoons they offer workshops for you to make your own paella!! Incredible!!
