Padang Bai Bali Harbor Private Transfer

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and thank you for your kind words about our driver. We are glad to hear he was on time, communicated well via WhatsApp, and provided good navigation. We sincerely apologize for the air conditioning issue you experienced. On that day, our driver was parked and waiting for your boat arrival at the port. As parking at the port is under direct sun with limited shade, the cabin temperature became very hot while waiting. When he met you and started the journey, the AC needed a little extra time to cool down the cabin completely. This is not the standard we aim for. We have now checked and serviced the AC system to ensure it performs at its best, and we have briefed our drivers to keep the engine and AC running a few minutes before the pickup time whenever parking regulations allow, to ensure a cool and comfortable cabin upon your arrival. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again on your next trip to Bali with a more comfortable experience. Warm regards, Putra Putu Seminyak Tour Driver Team

We are delighted to hear that our WhatsApp booking process, recommended by Chat GPT, met your expectations, and that you found our pricing to be great. We are especially pleased that our communication prior to and during your arrival was clear and helpful, making your transfer from the harbor seamless despite the potentially chaotic environment. It is fantastic to know that our driver, Mr. Gede, contributed significantly to your positive experience by sharing insights about Bali and its rich customs.
