Marble Mountains (Vietnamese: Ngũ Hành Sơn; lit. "five elements mountains") is a cluster of five marble and limestone hills located in Ngũ Hành Sơn District, south of Da Nang city in Vietnam. The five mountains are named after the five elements: Kim (metal), Thuy (water), Moc (wood), Hoa (fire) and Tho (earth). All of the mountains have cave entrances and numerous tunnels, and it is possible to climb to the summit of Mount Thuy. Several Buddhist sanctuaries can also be found within the mountains, making this a tourist destination. The area is known for stone sculpture making and stone-cutting crafts. Direct rock extraction from the mountains was banned recently. Materials are now being transported from quarries in Quảng Nam Province. Marble Mountains was officially given the National Special Relic certificate by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on January 20, 2019.

I had the most brilliant time going from Da Nang to Hue, Quy was the best Easy Rider I could’ve asked for. He was always checking if I was ok, offering to take photos and explaining everything about the places we went to, 100% worth it!

I did the Da Nang day trip today with Tâm and had a fantastic experience. Tâm was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the area which made for such an interesting, authentic trip. It was raining heavily for most of the day, with heavy fog but I felt 100% safe for the duration thanks to Tâm’s experience and care on the road. I was also provided with wet gear and my bag was also protected from the rain so I had no worries that my belongings would get wet. Would definitely recommend to all!
This was our first time on motorbikes in Vietnam. We were nervous but we had no need to be. Everything was perfectly planned and thought out. Our guides, Thinh and Phuoc, were so kind and understanding - we can’t thank them enough. Thinh’s English was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. If you are thinking about doing a tour, we strongly recommend using this company plus, all the entrance fees are included. I am vegan and the company called the lunch restaurant ahead to ask if they could make vegan food. The ride was beautiful and truly bucket list. Ask for Thinh and Phuoc as your guides!

I had a great trip seeing all the views from the mountains and making some cool stops along the way. I especially enjoyed the waterfall and seeing the country side.
