Great boat. You can sit on either side; great views. Has bathroom on board and drinks available for sale
Easy to book - an informal but very informative 1.5 hour cruise; our guide was excellent, especially as this was his first day on the job!
It was a very pleasant experience. I live in Ottawa and I still learned a lot about the rideau canal! The tour guide was very friendly!
It's great. Could be longer ride down the canal past carleton university. But over all great. Cam was very knowledgeable.
We came from Toronto. There was not info provided for the boarding. We had to struggle finding the location. Bad experience.
Very interesting, you learn a little more about the history of the Rideau Canal there. Several beautiful views
There was absolutely nowhere to park a vehicle within 30 minutes walk of the boat tour. The NAC parking was full and remained full.Time to make an agreement with the NAC to keep dedicated parking available for your customers.
Nice and leisurely river cruise. Cam was fantastic and so was the crew. Great way to see the City and key points
Nice cruise but not enough explanation in French the guide should do the trip there in English and the return in French instead of doing French and English because the return was longer and without explanation from the guide and the guide explained more in English for us it was longer and had booked in French thank you
Unfortunately cannot recommend this tour the commentary was very loud and in too many languages. I appreciate the diverse nationalities on board but it distracted from otherwise very interesting area of Ottawa
