When sailing from the City Hall pier 4 in Oslo you have great views to the city’s shoreline, featuring impressive architecture and historic sites: the Akershus fortress, Opera house and Munch Museum. You will sail past Hoveøya with canons pointing over the fjord and Bygdøy with the iconic Fram Museum, the Oslofjord’s idyllic islands, numerous islets and inlets and Dyna Lighthouse a picturesque lighthouse. When on the cruise you will see how the hills surround Oslo. The electrical boat is designed to give the best sightseeing experience possible with panoramic views. The outside decks are spacious and easy to walk. On board we have a serving of light food, snacks, and hot and cold beverages. It was easy to find the jetty no. 4, but once there quite badly signposted with Viator. Follow the green signs with fjord cruise. Bring your own snacks - terribly expensive on board. A cola zero for about 75kr 😂
Takk for tilbakemeldingen! Så fint at det var enkelt å finne brygge 4, men vi tar med oss at skiltingen på brygga kan bli tydeligere. Prisene om bord følger nivået på serveringssteder i Oslo – men vi forstår at 75 kroner for en Cola Zero kan svi litt i feriebudsjettet 😅
The audio tour guide was easy to understand. The scenery was beautiful. We sat outside and were very comfortable.

There was very little signage. No distinction between the ferry boat and tour boat that are located directly next to each other. When I arrived for the tour I was ushered on to the ferry boat and no tickets were asked to be shown. I thought this was weird but was unable to get off the boat before we departed. I immediately messaged the organizer through the viator app and still have heard nothing from them. I am extremely disappointed to have missed this tour as I was really looking forward to it.

Our boat is clearly marked SIGHTSEEING, while the neighbouring public ferries display route numbers and destinations. We also had signs and staff at the departure point, and all 97 other guests joined the tour that day. Our phone was staffed, but Viator support was unavailable on Sunday, so your message was not forwarded to us in time.
Nice trip. Boat was quiet. Narration was good. Scenery was pretty. Location of the dock was easy to find.

Easy to find boat. Spacious, refreshment and loos on board. Scenery stunning, saw a seal and numerous sea birds. Good commentary on key places of interest. Loved it.

The cruise is silent. for the most part. The front of the ship or the back is the only place you can see the sights. Inside, if you sit on one side, you miss the other. Outside, the seating is not the greatest. If you are near the door, the constant opening and closing noise gets irritating. signage to the place is not great and needs improvement

This was a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours on a lovely summer day. The boarding process was quick and easy and there was an elevator that can take less sure-footed people up and down. I brought a hooded windbreaker, which was perfect for the chill wind on the open water. The description says passengers may disembark at Bygdoy to visit the Fram Museum, but doesn’t mention that you can’t get back on - once you disembark: you must make your own way back to Oslo. The narration was prerecorded - it was fine, but there was no chance to ask questions of a live narrator. For the price, it’s an enjoyable and scenic passtime.

Very bad experience. We were several people waiting, no boat. Suddenly on the app the tickets have been cancelled. When you called their phone that stands on Viator meant them and say them “waited” when more ass us were there before 13:30. When I said give me our money back, then the ones you paid say not when I have the screenshot of the tickets and the account statement
