Oslo Nature Walks: Island hopping

Description
Oslo's original and best rated island hopping tour shows you the iconic scenery of the Oslo Fjord. Set off on an island-hopping adventure using the city’s all-electric public ferries, just like the locals. Discover a quieter, more natural side of Oslo as you cruise across open water on a series of short boat journeys, taking in wide views of green islands, charming cabins, and distant hills. Step ashore on two or three unique islands (based on season and weather). On one, explore coastal paths, forests, meadows, and beaches while learning about over 1,000 years of history and how nature shaped local life. On the other, experience Norway’s cabin culture among colorful wooden cottages and blooming gardens, hearing how these simple retreats have long been a place to slow down and enjoy the outdoors. Your guide shares local insights throughout, bringing each place to life. Return by ferry with beautiful views of Oslo’s waterfront, ending a memorable and refreshing nature escape.

Compact team, great experience on the ferry, nice Islands walk. Good info about the country sustainable view, ekonomi etc. The admission fee is friendly to my elderly parents.
This was a great trip - very well organised and plenty of communication beforehand. Guides were really helpful, informative and friendly (Becca and Giovani?) We really enjoyed it (two couples)
Rebecca was our tour guide, she was wonderful - friendly and knowledgable. Loved the short hikes & clean ferry rides.
It was very interesting tour, very nice island view, calm atmosphere and everything went smoothly. One thing, I wanted to hear more about history of the islands and more information from the guide, which was really awesome, but just I needed more to know 😀
It was really interesting to visit a few islands, walk around, and learn about some aspects of Norwegian culture that I wouldn't have learned about otherwise.
It was a lot more strenuous than the tour implied and that i was told. We are older and were with an older man. My friend had to stop. I also wished we were given time to take pictures because some of the homes, gardens and flowers were beautiful.
Excellent experience! It was a great way to explore Oslo fjord islands. During this tour, you’ll see some magical views. Our tour guide Leo shared a lot of interesting information.
Learned a lot about Oslo. Would not have learned about cottages, culture and the way of life in the country
Very fun experience. Josh did a great job. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Josh is funny and made the tour became more interesting than "just hopping 2 islands within 3 hours". thank you! i had great time~
