Our guide Zander was fun, knowledgeable & easy to understand. However, he didn't seem to be aware that my husband using a walker would slow the whole group down, despite the fact that I informed them of his walker use ahead of time. He got way ahead of us crossing a couple of streets & had to come back for us, after which he got it. The 'sorting hat' and quizzes made for an extra fun tour, though we had to leave just a bit early ( & missed finding out which house won) when we got to the bottom of Victoria St and the tour was going steeply up- it was too much for my husband after the cobbled, sometimes uneven walking surfaces.
This is a good walking tour. It’s very helpful if you know a lot about the Harry Potter series. Xander was an enthusiastic and articulate guide.
We are all Harry Potter fans and we took this tour on our first day in Edinburgh as a fun way to get a flavor of the city. Orla was a fantastic guide! She was knowledgeable, fun and engaging. We had a terrific time!

The best tour ever! It’s a nice walk lots of fun Harry Potter and other interesting stories, along with a little Trivia game our fantastic tour guy Zander (5*) provided us with. He is a great storyteller and very friendly tour guide.
