No one showed up. Operator didn’t answer call. We got a taxi for half the price. Total failure. Do not use this service.

Driver was efficient and communication was great! Safe driving and friendly. Vehicle was spacious and very clean.

I’m so 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗳𝘂𝗹 I chose to use the 𝗥𝗟 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, I felt very 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 & most of all 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲. For someone like me who doesn't travel a lot, visiting Chicago for the first time can be a bit overwhelming, especially since I was traveling alone. The first person who contacted me, Eddie, was extremely helpful and very patient when answering any questions or concerns. I was so nervous about navigating through Chicago O’Hare, but was surprised at how quickly I made my way through to my Driver. Edward “Not Eddie” my driver was on time and absolutely perfect, I immediately felt relaxed & ready to enjoy my nephew's U.S. NAVY Graduation! The driver was right on time picking us up from our hotel for our flight back home. He was friendly and asked about our stay in Chicago. He dropped us off right in front of the Delta terminal so there was no walking or pulling our luggage. Great Service.
