Good experience and a great view of Times Square from a different perspective. Worth the time and money.
The One Times Square Skywalk is an astounding and world renowned observation deck and one of the most exciting attractions of New York City!!! Located on the 19th floor of the One Times Square building, this observation deck features the best panoramic views of Times Square, one of the world’s busiest tourist destination and entertainment hub. The One Times Square is a gorgeously designed and well revered building. Located in Midtown Manhattan, the building is owned by real estate firms, Jamestown LP, & Sherwood Equities. Designed by architect, Cyrus Lazelle Warner Eidlitz, it was fully completed in 1904. The building is 363 feet high and has 25 floors. Since 1907, the One Times Square has hosted the famous and annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop Celebration, a tradition that began with fireworks and a time ball. In July of 2026, I brought and treated my wife and myself for a visit to the Skywalk at the One Times Square, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our experience!!! We both marveled at the many core features of the Skywalk and we were warmly welcomed and well treated by the staff. To get to the Skywalk on the 19th floor, my wife and I ascended upward in a fully transparent and exterior glass elevator. We found this exciting because we had breathtaking views of the city and its many billboard displays during our ride upward. When it came to the Skywalk, we loved that it provided us with an amazing 360 degree, highly enhanced viewing of Times Square and other significant locations in the city. We had fun seeing the massive colorful digital ads and neon signs littered throughout Midtown Manhattan, the Red Steps in Father Duffy’s Square, the city’s majestic skyscrapers such as the historic Knickerbocker Hotel, the Paramount Building and One Astor Plaza, and its very prominent Broadway theaters, such as the Minskoff Theater & the New Amsterdam Theater. We also had great views of both the Harlem & Hudson River. In addition, my wife and I also loved walking over the Transparent Glass Walkway. This walkway is located on the Skywalk and is positioned 19 floors above Broadway. We found that it provided an exhilarating viewpoint of the numerous locations and activities taking place on the street level!!! Last but certainly not least, my wife and I had fun seeing the balls used in prior New Year’s Eve celebrations, and also the one that will be used for the 2027 New Year's Eve Times Square Ball Drop. We learned that the ball is powered by advanced LED modules and can display a palette of over 16 million colors. The staff did a great job on highlighting the history of the One Times Square as well as the annual New Year’s Eve celebrations. Both my wife & and I thank the staff for their great professionalism, kindness and for taking wonderful of us during our visit to the One Times Square Skywalk!!! We highly recommend for everyone to visit and explore this outstanding attraction at an iconic destination!!!
Amazing, has a wonderful view of Times Square, attentive staff service, recommend!!
we took the elevator to the observatory and walked around the glass viewing area absolutely amazing.
Awesome views. Loved you could walk 360 to see sights. The 2007 ball is on display. The only issue was the viator tickets caused delay in check in at the venue. Staff was great working it out.
Great new over look right over Time Square! Plus the design is great - lots of walkways , not just the standard balcony right around the building . You also get to see the prior NYE BALL up close .
Great views and photo ops of the city skyline and Times Square. Loved seeing the ball used for the NYE ball drop.
This was a great experience with a wonderful view of Times Square! Easy to find and did not take too much time to complete. We really enjoyed it!
It was cool, but when we arrived for our appt time we were stopped at the door & told to come back in 30 minutes due to private event. The guy had an attitude. Maybe a little pricey for what it is.
This is our 1st time visiting this. We went when it 1st opened for the day. It was so cool. You are walking above Times Square, looking 19 stories down at the people. My son wouldn't go because it was just pure glass. You saw Times Square in such a different view. I would like to go back at night the next time.
We're so happy you had a cool experience with us! We're proud to host this exciting attraction as you walk above Times Square and all its New York energy. We've been told by guests how great the views look at night so we can't wait to see you again!
