One Day Phi Phi, Maya And Khai Islands Adventure

We had a bit of a rough start to our Phi Phi Islands trip because the weather was very bad in the beginning, with heavy rain and quite big waves. We actually wondered why the trip hadn’t been cancelled due to the weather conditions. At the first island, we were supposed to go jet skiing, but unfortunately the jet skis never arrived, so there wasn’t really much to do there. Luckily, as the day went on and we continued to the other islands and activities, the weather started to clear up and the sea became calmer. From then on, the rest of the trip was absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed ourselves! A special mention has to go to Team Coco. The staff were amazing — professional, warm, friendly and genuinely lovely people. They were very good at making everyone in the group feel comfortable, welcome and well taken care of. Despite the difficult start because of the weather, we ended up having a fantastic day. We would definitely choose Team Coco again! ❤️

The entire day was incredibly well-organised, starting with a light breakfast before we set off. Our tour guide was lively, engaging, and kept everyone energized. We spent the perfect amount of time at each stop, and the buffet lunch provided on the island was lovely. Plus, cold drinks and water were included and available the whole day, with fresh fruits served towards the end and ice cream waiting for us at the finish.Due to the annual conservation closure in August, we could only take pictures from the boat at Maya Bay. While I was disappointed we couldn’t walk on the sand, it didn't spoil the experience at all. The snorkeling was a major highlight—we stopped at two excellent spots to swim and snorkel. The guides were fantastic with beginners and non-swimmers, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable entering the water. Life jackets were mandatory for everyone, which gave great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Great experience and Coco was entertaining. Seats on the Catamaran were crammed for someone 6'2" otherwise would have given 5 stars.

We had an excellent experience with Yacht Master visiting the Phi Phi islands. The pick up from the resort was organized well. Before we boarded, we received a briefing outlining the itinerary and any hazards. Following a warning about sharp rocks, we purchased water shoes for 300 baht at the pier. It was not necessary to bring snorkeling gear as this was included. Our boat had about 60 passengers. The staff were very watchful and in good spirits. The snorkeling experience was amazing and accessible for any skill level. The lunch was a delicious buffet at a restaurant at Ton Sai Beach.

We really enjoyed this experience, the crew and guide (Coco, Rambos and Captain) were fab and very friendly, the islands were great to see, we had lots of time snorkeling. The speed catamaran was really good, although not for the faint hearted as it was choppy and a bit like a fairground ride (fun for most :D) but the crew looked after everyone. The only issue we did have was that the pick up didn't cover our hotel in Kamala so we had to get a taxi to meet pick up in Patong, we did that with the Bolt app and no problems.

As an Indian i felt racism there. Following are the three instances that led me to this feeling. a. There were separate boats for europeans and asians b. While our group was entering the boat, only we were asked to show ticket. People who went after us and before us were not stopped to check the ticket. Mind you the check had already happened before and this one felt additional. Only difference between us and other groups was the skin colour. c. Within asians, people of east, southeast( Japan, china, korea, vietnam, loas etc) asian origin and south asian origin (India, pakistan, bangladesh etc) were treated differently. While snookering, east asian were given preferential treatment, they got separate floating supports of better quality, were guided by support staff to see fishes while we were left on our own that too very rudely. Have stated the facts here. Such behaviours are not acceptable.
