We had a great half day tour with Jared and Arnaldo. Jared knew a lot about the city and had plenty to teach even those of us more familiar with the city. The itinerary was perfect. The hotel pickup and drop off made everything so smooth for our family group of 19. The minibus was comfortable on a humid summer day and Arnaldo piloted it deftly. This was a great way to see the city and learn a lot.

Our tour was excellent what I would suggest is to figure out what you like to see in New York before the tour. Fred our tour guy was great story teller of the city and beyond and very accommodating to our family group and went out of his to make the tour wonderful .

Hands down one of the best tours! Jarred, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Benny, the driver, was courteous and safe. Couldn’t have asked for more on our first NYC tour. We saw so many sights and took several photos. The value you get with the private tour is what I would expect of one that costs double the price! From the excellent pre-departure communication to the drop-off at the door of our hotel, everything was incredibly professional. This was by far the BEST tour! The tour guide, Jared was exceptional in friendliness, customer service and knowledge. He was also extremely flexible and catered to us at every turn. Our driver, Stephen was remarkably skilled at navigating and getting us right up to the attractions. He was also extremely safe and handled the vehicle smoothly. Book this one now!
