Scammed.
I felt scammed for two reasons.
They sent me a link to download the tickets and it was impossible to download them.
I had to buy them at the ticket office.
At the ticket office, one adult and one child, 30 euros, not 52 as they charged me.
22 euros difference.
As I said, a scam.

Las entradas fueron adquiridas previamente para su reserva y enviadas correctamente como archivos adjuntos a través de la mensajería de la plataforma. Por tanto, no se envió simplemente un enlace de descarga. En caso de haber tenido cualquier dificultad para acceder a ellas, habría bastado con contactarnos y se las habríamos reenviado inmediatamente, también por WhatsApp si hubiera sido necesario. Lamentamos que decidiera comprarlas nuevamente en taquilla sin comunicarnos antes el problema.
Respecto al precio, nuestra actividad no consiste en revender las entradas al precio de taquilla. El importe pagado a través de Viator incluye la adquisición anticipada y gestión de las entradas para garantizar su disponibilidad, los costes del servicio y las comisiones aplicadas por la plataforma. Por este motivo, el precio de una reserva realizada a través de un operador turístico y una plataforma intermediaria no puede compararse directamente con el precio de compra en taquilla.
Entendemos su descontento, pero por estos motivos consideramos que definir el servicio como una “estafa” no refleja correctamente lo ocurrido.

Great for fans!
The stadium tour was very enjoyable! We had a great time learning about the history and seeing the field, locker rooms, the tunnel of hero’s, and back areas that had actual props (boots, signed balls, pictures, etc.). Great experience for fans and those who like seeing the facilities. It was around 45 mins overall, so short and sweet.
