Best for French speakers without a specific itinerary in mind
Michele was very nice and obviously passionate about Montreal. He knows interesting things but the two issues we had were: a) it was pretty haphazard and not as advertised as a tour of Old Montreal and b) he didn’t know enough English to be a truly bilingual guide. There was a lot we missed because he had to simplify his explanations and he didn’t quite understand our questions
Operator response
Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to know Michele’s enthusiasm stood out. We appreciate your honest notes regarding the tour flow and English depth. We strive for accurate itineraries and clear communication, so we'll be reviewing this with our team as well as guide assignment. Thanks again for helping us improve!

Fascinating and...
Fascinating and informative walking tour with just the two of us, best way to do it. Guide pleasant and happy to answer all questions. Timeline of events a bit hard to follow. Would definitely recommend.
Operator response
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us!
Having an intimate tour with just the two of you is such a special experience, and we're delighted to hear how much you enjoyed having a pleasant guide who took the time to answer all of your questions.
We also really appreciate your constructive note about the timeline of events. Connecting centuries of complex history into a single walk can sometimes get a little dense, so feedback like yours is super helpful as we continuously fine-tune the narrative flow of our tours.
We will be sure to share your kind words with your guide, and we are so grateful for your high recommendation! Thank you for exploring with us!
