The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is located in the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. It is believed to contain the two holiest sites in Christianity: the site where Jesus was crucified and Jesus's empty tomb, where he is believed by Christians to have been buried and resurrected.
The Temple Mount is a hill in the Old City of Jerusalem that has been venerated as a holy site in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam for thousands of years
The Western Wall, the holiest place where Jews are permitted to pray, is an ancient limestone wall in the Old City of Jerusalem. The wall was originally erected as part of the expansion of the Second Jewish Temple begun by Herod the Great.
The Via Dolorosa is a processional route in the Old City of Jerusalem. It represents the path that Jesus would have taken, forced by the Roman soldiers, on the way to his crucifixion from the former Antonia Fortress to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
The Old City Souk, also known as the Arab Souq, Arabic Market or Suq El-Bazar, is a large bazaar in the Old City of Jerusalem

Alex guided us through the Old City from the perspective of all the peoples who have lived there over time, including Jews, Christians, Arabs. He has a wonderful command of the long and complex history of this small piece of real estate and presented the information at a level where we could take in the most important aspects. Plus he did so in an enthusiastic, upbeat and entertaining manner. It was an extremely hot day and he was very mindful of our needs.
Great walking tour with Anat. Clearly an old hand, knowledgeable and charming. I would request her again.
Uriel was an amazing tour guide. I was traveling with 3 daughters (8,10,13) and he kept things interesting for them. Engaged them and had them looking for Easter eggs throughout the city. Having been to the old city before but never with a tour, I learned so much. He took us to hidden places and provided incredible history! One of the best tours I’ve ever taken. 1000% recommend!
Hi Nathalie Thank you for this wonderful review! I have shared it with Uriel and he was very happy to read it. We appriciate that you took the time to share your experience!
Yoni was an excellent guide. He explained and showed us things in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher which we totally did not get from a guidebook. He also took us to the Kotel and up to the Temple Mount and gave a lot of helpful information but not too much on a hot day. Total length of tour was about four hours.
Ariel was an exceptional guide and made our Jerusalem tour truly memorable. He is professional, calm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating historical details and insights that many guides often overlook, making the experience both educational and engaging. One aspect I particularly appreciated was how he used historical photographs, maps, and diagrams to help us better understand the sites and their significance. His explanations were clear, well-structured, and brought the history of Jerusalem to life. Ariel was also extremely considerate and helpful. He frequently offered to take photos for participants and suggested the best locations and angles, helping us create wonderful memories of the visit. What impressed me most was his genuine interest in understanding the group’s goals and interests. He adapted his explanations accordingly, ensuring that everyone felt included and that the tour met our expectations. The pace of the tour was excellent—never rushed, yet very comprehensive—allowing us enough time to appreciate each location and absorb the information being shared. This was one of the most emotional and enriching tours I have ever experienced. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Jerusalem and looking for a tour that combines deep knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dear Deborah, Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We are thrilled to hear you had such a great experience. It is a pleasure to read these kind words about Ariel, who is a wonderful guide on many of our tours.
If you ever get the chance to experience the old city of Jerusalem, do it with Tania on this walking tour! She was wonderful, knowledgeable and easy to understand and explained and answered every question! We experienced so much more with her leading us through the streets and through the quarters! Come to Jerusalem and take this tour!!
The education that I learn from Anat was amazing. ****** Well structured and organized and we saw so much. Thank you ** Anat!!
Great tour. All the historical sites were fascinating. The guide was friendly, and knowledgeable. The walking was not as challenging as one might worry, Not too many steps. A few slight inclines, but there are plenty of places to find a seat as you listen to the guide's information. Only a few hours ( 3-4ish I think ), if time is an issue ( as opposed to the full day, 9 hour tours ).
We had the chance to spend 4 hours with Anat, a very good person with deep knowledge of Jerusalem. She was helpful, sharp, and truly interesting the whole time. She spoke equally to everyone in the group and kept it engaging throughout. I honestly can’t imagine doing this route alone. Highly recommended.
It was a great tour, guide was very knowledgeable. Saw all of the highlights, would highly recommend. Eat a big breakfast there is no lunch stop, not even a quick one.
