Ocho Rios: Blue Hole and ATV

As a travel advisor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many tour operators, and I can confidently say that **Jam Spot** exceeded my expectations. Racqel and Carl made sure we had everything that we needed! They both were awesome! I recommend to anyone traveling to Ocho! Racquel was very prompt with responding and coordinating everything! Carl never left our side and made sure we were never waiting for pick up or late to anything!

The whole time we were in Jamaica was amazing from the beautiful ride that they decorated for our Birthday Celebration to the very end when they brought us back to port. They knew it was my 40th birthday and they made sure the ride was decorated for us. I had mentioned I was in need of a gatorade and they made sure I got one. When we got to the blue hole excursion my mom was not able to do the hiking so racquel went with me as Carl stayed with my mom and they got to chat some. Our guide for the blue Hole was Mr. Tony which Carl had recommended for us he was fantastic. Tony knew i was scared to jump in the water so he did it with me as well. We mentioned a couple of things we were looking for to purchase and we got everything we wanted. While we shopped they stayed with us every step of the way. They even helped with the money conversion. I had asked about getting some cooking seasoning as my husband loves to cook and he found a place and I was able to purchase some. We then ended our shopping with a pandora shopping for a charm, Starbucks drink a piece of pizza and some wifi and exchanged our social media sites so we can stay in touch. They are definitely family and we will definitely use them the next time we come see Jamaica. I want to plan a trip with my kids and husband. Thank you for treating us with such special care and compassion ❤️ This was our first trip to Jamaica and will not be our last.

Rachel was a great guide and very helpful when it came to planning our short trip in such short notice. She brought us to the blue lagoon as well as to a peaceful bamboo rafting location. She was also very communicative and gave us some ideas for other sights that we should check out and we will definitely consider booking her during our next stay again.
