- CHECK-IN TIME IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE. MUST BRING PHOTO ID FOR CHECK-IN. The boat leaves PROMPTLY at departure time.

I should have cancelled our excursion due to the tropical storm. I contacted the company several times only to receive a message that the storm will have passed by then. We were poorly greeted at the shop and felt like they were just doing their job. Our daughter and several passengers became sea sick and unable to enjoy or do the dive. They had a third boat and felt they could have offered to take people back. Overall, the customer service was poor and they should have been honest about the conditions and given people the opportunity to cancel.
The crew and captains were professional and fun the experience was unique and memorable would recommend.
This was honestly one of the coolest experiences I’ve had. It’s not for everyone, though, if you are at all claustrophobic…please avoid it… This is a great option for snorkeling if you have glasses like me….the staff is with you the whole time making sure your adventure is maximized…we saw hundreds(maybe thousands) of fish, and even a few sea turtles. The only negative is I wish we could do it longer

We had an incredible time on the submarine scooter tour! It was such a unique experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The underwater views were nice and we were able to feed the fish from our scooters. The instructors made us feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. One of the best parts was finding out that some of the instructors were from the Midwest, just like us (Indiana/ Chicago). We had a great time chatting and sharing some hometown pride. Go Bears (Da Indiana Bears)....lol 🐻 The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience so much fun. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hawaii. You won't be disappointed! One tip I'd absolutely recommend is taking Dramamine (or another motion sickness medication).
Great activity to do if you are ok getting deep in the ocean. We were 1 mile away from the shore and 10ft below the water sometimes. I saw turtles swimming by me, fishes eating out of my hands, and a lot of other marine animals. I Loved it. It made my last day in Hawaii so much fun! I highly recommend it.
No swimming experience needed, but you do have to duck you head underwater. It is loud, but SO worth it! Saw hundreds of fish and lots of sea turtles.
