Corey was a great tour guide. He genuinely cared about us and making sure that we knew the history of our tour plan s the history of Hawaii.
Very well run… picked up on time, guide friendly and very knowledgeable about the trip! Trip was as good as anticipated!
Corey was probably the nicest person we met on the island and that is saying something as everyone was so nice. He gave great insight and the tour was good and thorough.
Don’t use this company we had to Uber to the pick up point , when you get to Pearl Harbor the guide just tells you where the pick up place is and then you are on your own, Iwe county have had the Uber driver drop up there and saved a lot of money!!!
Aloha George, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our tours include both pickup and return transportation for all guests. We are concerned by your comment regarding having to take an Uber to the pickup location, as this is not our standard practice. If there was a misunderstanding or an issue with your reservation, we would have appreciated the opportunity to assist you. Regarding Pearl Harbor, all commercial tour operators must comply with National Park Service regulations, which do not allow guides to accompany guests inside the Visitor Center, museums, theater, shuttle boat, or USS Arizona Memorial. Our guides provide historical background and detailed orientation before your visit so you can make the most of the National Park Service experience. We value all feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. Mahalo for taking the time to share your comments.
This tour should be given to all kids in the United States to understand the history and the responsibility of the US military
Tour guide was informative and friendly. She explained clearly the layout and conduct of the tour. Most helpful.
Very knowledgeable and timely. A seamless experience!
Very interesting and thoughtful trip to see Pearl Harbor. Our guide was quite knowledgeable about the history of the Islands and Pearl Harbor. It was nice to have only one other couple in our group.
Our tour guide, Noelani, did a wonderful job. Her knowledge of the area made for an experience to remember.
Personal guided tour is - pick you up drive you around to pick up more people. When you are first to be picked up that means a long ride. Then drive around some more, point at stuff, then drive you to the memorial and kick you out to do it then pick you up when it is over and drive you back to a pick up point. I always judge stuff when it is over with, “ if I knew then what I know now would I do it again?” The answer is no. I would just buy AZ Memorial tickets and drive there myself or uber when it is time. The memorial was memorable.
Aloha Brian, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the USS Arizona Memorial was a memorable part of your visit. Our tour is designed for travelers looking for more than just transportation to Pearl Harbor. It includes hotel pickup and drop-off, comfortable transportation, historical narration during the drive, and the convenience of reserved USS Arizona Memorial tickets, which can be difficult to secure independently. As described in our tour listing, this is a small-group sightseeing tour, which includes picking up guests from multiple hotels before arriving at Pearl Harbor. In accordance with National Park Service regulations, commercial tour guides are not permitted to accompany guests inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, museums, theater, shuttle boat, or the USS Arizona Memorial. We understand that some travelers may prefer to visit independently. However, our tour is designed for those who value the convenience of transportation, guaranteed memorial tickets, and the added historical insight provided by our experienced guides. Mahalo for choosing Personalized Hawaii Tours, and we appreciate your feedback
