They simply didn't show up. And they didn't give me any notice of the cancellation. My indignant letter was answered with: Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused today. We are very sorry that you had to wait for over an hour and that the bus did not arrive. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour was unable to operate as scheduled, and we deeply regret that you were not informed in advance. Please accept our sincere apologies for this lack of communication.
One of my friend recommended this tour! It’s a great tour with good instructors! Unfortunately, they cancel it due to less people opting for it! I think if one would sign up for this tour, then they’ll have good & pleasant experience & memories of nature & lamington national park.
Tour guide David was very informative and polite. Day consisted of him showing us to many great locations, perfect for anybody wanting to learn the Hinterlands area, would do this again!
