All transfers include a meet-and-greet service upon arrival. For international flights, your greeter will be waiting outside of customs. For domestic flights, your greeter will meet you at the baggage claim carousel. Please look for a representative holding a sign displaying your name.

Booked this car for my husband and two nieces from jfk and driver contact changed multiple times after landing which made my family feel like something sketchy was going on. My family ended up waiting another 30 mins after landing for pick up which was the whole reason for booking a car service (not too wait) and driver did not allow any passengers up front for my family was forced to sit scrunched in back.
It was excellent. Service was as advertised. We were met at baggage claim with a sign with my name at JFK airport. That person led us to our vehicle and the driver delivered us to Hotel Seville in Nomad. It was a stress-free experience. Love that gratuity was included as well. Would use this service again.

A very convenient service Our greeter George found us promptly at baggage claim n guided us to the car. Byt driver had no clue where the hotel was . Even with the GPS. I had to tell him that he had gone past the hotel.

We booked in advance as we prefer a driver to the taxi / Uber circus at departure. Our flight was delayed about 45min due to weather. We were able to communicate while inflight (thanks free airplane WiFi!!). Mahmoud the driver very friendly and professional- the perfect balance of silence and conversation. We would highly recommend White Rose!

The company communications prior to my trip set high expectations. Let me just say my transport was nothing like I expected. My driver was late picking us up. The vehicle was had body damage, it was dirty inside and out. The check engine light was on. The gas light was on as well. We did arrive in Manhattan in less than an hour but we felt the driver was unsafe at times. I wish other people would leave more honest reviews! Do yourself a favor FIND another company. The picture in the ad in Viator is definitely deceiving.

Really good experience! Took us a few minutes to find our driver but when we did, it was smooth sailing. Very thankful for a seamless trip from airport to NYC hotel! Will definitely book again when I return in a few months!

Quite a disappointing experience. Car was an old and dirty Suburban and certainly not luxurious but main issue was that we had to wait 30 mins for driver and in the end had to call the company. The driver was supposed to text the night before with details of pick up (as per booking) but no text and none received the night before. This is not a meet and greet service, or certainly one that most are used to when the driver waits for you rather than you having to wait for them. So if you want a proper meet and greet with your driver tracking your flight and waiting for you at arrivals then book someone else
