We reserved and prepaid for two tricycles for five hours. Location only carries one tricycle, and it was out when we got there. We had to go away and return an hour later. They gave us an e-bike and tricycle, which was fine, as one in our party could use the regular bike, and offered that we could take them for an extra hour in compensation for the inconvenience. Our schedule did not allow for use of that extra hour. Bikes worked fine, and were fun to use both in Central Park,and to ice around Manhattan. They provided helmets, a lock, and a map, as advertised. Kept ID as collateral for bike return.
