I had my very first stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) lesson today, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in feeling quite nervous because I'm not a confident swimmer, but John made me feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning. His instructions were clear, patient, and encouraging, and before I knew it, I was standing up and paddling. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to do it! What made this experience so special wasn't just learning a new skill—it was meeting such a kind and genuine person. John is an incredible instructor with so much patience, and his passion for what he does really shines through. He made every moment enjoyable.. Thank you for making this one of the highlights of my Noosa trip. I can't wait to come back and paddle again!

We had a great time learning to paddle board with Kent! He was very friendly and took some pictures for us. We saw some sea birds and even a stingray!
Kent was a fantastic instructor, very friendly and helpful. Instruction was great and no-one fell off. Had a great time
We didn't get the best of weather but we made the most of it and had fun. Definitely something we will do again.
What a blast, none of us had ever tried it before and Kent was great, no pressure, easy instructions and a lot of fun. Highly recommended

I'd wanted to try stand up paddleboarding for ages but thought I would have trouble actually doing it. With some instruction from James he gave me confidence that I would be able to do it and before I knew it I was off! Was such an enjoyable experience and now I want to do it all over again! Thank you to James for his expertise and friendly delivery, as well as his ability to inspire confidence ... highly recommended!

I wanted to learn the basics as I have never been on a SUP before. I booked a group lesson and ended up being the only one. James was an excellent instructor. He firstly assessed my knowledge and water skills. He instructions were clear and precise. Then I was off. Only fell off once because I looked towards my husband who was watching from the shore. I spent the next hour paddling up and down the river, mostly of my feet. It was exhilarating, peaceful and so enjoyable. What a great workout for the body and mind.

A fun experience with my teenage kids during school holidays. This was my first stand up paddleboard experience and James explained everything before we jumped on board. The kids were confident from the start but I needed to paddle to the other side of the river on my knees. It was much calmer on this side and my confidence grew. I ended up being the only one who didn't come off my board!

John was a brilliant and patient instructor. He took time to brush up our SUP skills, but also show us some tricks on the river! Noosa river was absolutely beautiful and seeing it on a paddleboard made it even better. Definitely recommend booking a tour with these guys!
